The staff were all very helpful. Especially the Egyptian lady Raina. Room service was prompt. After checkout we were allowed to stay in the spacious comfortable lobby for long time. we stayed there for 12 hours!! my elderly mother slept on the sofa. They have plenty of seating areas in the lobby. Clean, quiet hotel. Ample parking space. Right next to DIAC park opposite University of Birmingham campus situated near this park where you can hire out Careem bikes for bike ride around it. Beautiful in the night. Free shuttle service from hotel 3 times a day to Mall of Emirates and Kite beach. Next door there is a pharmacy and medical centre. 3 min walk behind hotel to 3 restaurants of affordable nice food. Grocery shop and barber too.

One dining room staff member, Srikanth, stood out for being exceptionally responsive and always serving with a smile, adding a personal touch to the experience. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering several options to cater to different tastes, and the dinner was superb, both in terms of flavor and presentation.

I would say this property is a hidden gem. It needs to be looked at and approached with the mindset of "value for money." This is a value for money property, which is exceptionally clean, conveniently located away from the traffic of the city in a quiet part of Dubai next to prestigious universities. Its location is actually pretty convenient for you to get on the main road the Dubai Al Ain road and travel to various destinations as this road is properly connected to exit points to various locations. The property is spacious, quiet, comfortable, well connected, has a strong WiFi, has a decent bar, sprawling lobby good for meetings, very clean, great staff, ample parking spaces, cost effective, easy check in & check out. Like I mentioned, value for money!
